My favourite side-dish at the moment! Make a big batch of this for your next dinner party, or alternatively you can toss it through a salad to add texture and flavour.
Ingredients
Serves: 4, as a side
- 1 cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 1 tsp curry Madra spice
- 1 tsp cumin spice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Olive oil and rock salt, for roasting
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Add the cut cauliflower to a baking tray and sprinkle over spices.
- Drizzle with olive oil and rock salt. Toss it together with your hands.
- Roast in the oven on for 20-25 minutes, until golden and deliciously spicy!
